Global Lyme Alliance is looking for 2-3 high school-aged students (14-18 years old) with chronic Lyme disease who are willing to speak on camera to share their story and experience for an educational video.

We are looking for students in the NY/NJ/CT area, or those willing to travel to the area for filming. The filming will take place September 9th or the last week in September, depending on availability of subjects and our film crew.

This is a volunteer based initiative, so we are not able to provide transportation or compensation of any kind.  If you are interested in being apart of this project and educating students throughout the country about Lyme disease, please share your story with a brief video (no longer than 2 minutes). Email video xxx.

Watch Living the Lyme Life, an earlier video with teens sharing their stories about living with Lyme. And yes, we know it’s a little long

Thank you.
