Ride Out Lyme – Lyme Grants
Ride Out Lyme is a nationally recognized 501c3 dedicated to providing grants to adults (26 and older) in need of financial assistance for treatment, medication and doctors’ visits. Application is for anyone diagnosed with Lyme disease in the USA, age 26 and older, and can demonstrate a qualified financial need.
LivLyme Foundation
Application for financial support for children with Lyme disease ages 21 and under.
LymeAid4Kids
If you suspect you have Lyme disease and are under the age of 21 without medical insurance. You may receive up to $1,000 in assistance toward diagnosis and treatment.
Lyme Connections
Assistance for Connecticut residents only who need financial assistance for diagnosing and treating Lyme and other tick-borne diseases. This is open to CT state residents who are at or below 85% of the CT state median income level. All who receive state or federal assistance are encouraged to apply.
